Ben here... writing this post while Allie and I are in the midst of cooking a Valentine's Day dinner of potato leek soup, followed by gnocchi with pork and mushroom ragu. In the future, we'll likely be posting our recipes, as well as photos of what we're making (although we won't do that tonight, for fear of encroaching on our romantic dinner...). We're also thinking that we'll use this blog to write up amazing and horrible restaurants that we visit, describe new food gadgets/toys, and new ingredients that we come across. We'll see if we actually keep it up...
